ผลของโปรแกรมการปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้นสำหรับผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน โดยใช้กระบวนการละครสร้างสรรค์ สำหรับอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน

บทคัดย่อ
ศักยภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านมีผลโดยตรงต่อการสนับสนุนการดูแลสุขภาพของประชาชนการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้นสำหรับผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานโดยใช้กระบวนการละครสร้างสรรค์ต่อความรู้ทักษะ และความมั่นใจในตนเองของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านจำนวน 42 ราย คัดเลือกแบบสุ่มอย่างง่าย กลุ่มทดลองจำนวน 21 คน ได้รับโปรแกรมการปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้นผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานโดยใช้กระบวนการละครสร้างสรรค์ ครั้งละ 3 ชั่วโมง เป็นเวลา 5 สัปดาห์ ประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ การเตรียมพร้อมกายใจ การสร้างแรงจูงใจ การเตรียมทักษะละครและกิจกรรมละคร และการประเมินผล สำหรับเนื้อหาประกอบด้วย การปฐมพยาบาลผู้ป่วยเบาหวานภาวะน้ำตาลในเลือดต่ำ ภาวะน้ำตาลในเลือดสูง ซึม ชัก ช็อค และหมดสติ ส่วนกลุ่มเปรียบเทียบซึ่งมีจำนวน 21 คน ได้รับการพัฒนาทักษะการปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้นผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานตามปกติมาตรฐานของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพประจำตำบล เก็บข้อมูลวิจัยโดยใช้แบบสอบถามความรู้เกี่ยวกับการปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้นสำหรับผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน แบบประเมินทักษะ และแบบประเมินความมั่นใจในตนเองที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .79, .77 และ .95 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ paired t-test และ independent t-test ผลการศึกษาพบว่ากลุ่มทดลอง มีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความรู้ ทักษะ และความมั่นใจในตนเองในการปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้นผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองและสูงกว่ากลุ่มเปรียบเทียบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ดังนั้น โปรแกรมการปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้นผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานโดยใช้กระบวนการละครสร้างสรรค์ สามารถพัฒนาความรู้ ทักษะ และความมั่นใจให้กับอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ในการปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้นผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานที่มีภาวะแทรกซ้อนเฉียบพลันก่อนที่จะส่งผู้ป่วยเข้ารับการรักษาในสถานบริการต่อไป
