ปัจจัยทำนายคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลคนพิการ

บทคัดย่อ
การดูแลผู้พิการเป็นระยะเวลานานมักส่งผลให้ผู้ดูแลมีปัญหาสุขภาพและมีคุณภาพชีวิตลดลง การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลคนพิการ ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอายุ รายได้ จำนวนปีที่ศึกษา และจำนวนคนพิการที่ดูแล กับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลคนพิการ และปัจจัยทำนายคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลคนพิการ ในเขตอำเภอบ้านโป่ง จังหวัดราชบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยผู้ดูแลคนพิการจำนวน 130 คน คัดเลือกโดยการสุ่มหลายขั้นตอนตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วยแบบบันทึกข้อมูลทั่วไปของคนพิการ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ดูแลคนพิการ และเครื่องมือวัดคุณภาพชีวิตขององค์การอนามัยโลกชุดย่อ ฉบับภาษาไทย (WHOQOL – BREF –THAI) โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาครอนบาค เท่ากับ .84 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คะแนนคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมของผู้ดูแลคนพิการอยู่ในระดับไม่ดี (M=42.40, SD=9.65) รายได้มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับคุณภาพชีวิตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r=.539, p<.001) และจำนวนคนพิการที่ดูแลมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับคุณภาพชีวิตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r=-.225, p<.01) ปัจจัยทำนายคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลคนพิการ ได้แก่ อายุ รายได้ และจำนวนคนพิการที่ดูแล โดยสามารถร่วมทำนายคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลคนพิการได้ร้อยละ 34.60 (adjusted R²=.346, p<.001) ผลการศึกษานี้ชี้ให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลคนพิการอย่างรอบด้านโดยเฉพาะในกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุ การสนับสนุนด้านรายได้ การลดภาระการดูแล และการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตในทุกมิติอย่างต่อเนื่อง
