ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดูแลเพื่อป้องกันการแสดงออกทางเพศที่ไม่เหมาะสม ในเด็กที่มีภาวะพร่องสติปัญญาของผู้ดูแลในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ

เด็กที่มีภาวะพร่องสติปัญญามักเสี่ยงต่อการแสดงออกทางเพศที่ไม่เหมาะสม ซึ่งผู้ดูแลมีบทบาทสำคัญในการป้องกันพฤติกรรมดังกล่าว การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดูแลเพื่อป้องกันการแสดงออกทางเพศที่ไม่เหมาะสมในเด็กที่มีภาวะพร่องสติปัญญาของผู้ดูแลในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ดูแล จำนวน 127 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความรู้เกี่ยวกับการแสดงออกทางเพศที่เหมาะสม แบบสอบถามการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนในการดูแลเพื่อป้องกันการแสดงออกทางเพศที่ไม่เหมาะสม และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการดูแลเพื่อป้องกันการแสดงออกทางเพศที่ไม่เหมาะสม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา สถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์สเปียร์แมน และสถิติสหสัมพันธ์พอยท์ไบซีเรียล ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ดูแลเด็กที่มีภาวะพร่องสติปัญญา มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการแสดงออกทางเพศที่เหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับต่ำ (mean=12.50, SD=3.90) รับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนในการดูแลเพื่อป้องกันการแสดงออกทางเพศที่ไม่เหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (mean=42.50, SD=10.50) และพฤติกรรมการดูแลเพื่อป้องกันการแสดงออกทางเพศที่ไม่เหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (mean=42.30, SD=8.30) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดูแลเพื่อป้องกันการแสดงออกทางเพศที่ไม่เหมาะสมในเด็กที่มีภาวะพร่องสติปัญญาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษาของผู้ดูแล (r =.226, p<.05) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการแสดงออกทางเพศที่เหมาะสม (r =.509, p<.001) และการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนในการดูแลเพื่อป้องกันการแสดงออกทางเพศที่ไม่เหมาะสม (r = .686, p<.001) ดังนั้น ในการพัฒนาโปรแกรมเพื่อป้องกันการแสดงออกทางเพศที่ไม่เหมาะสมในเด็กที่มีภาวะพร่องสติปัญญา จึงควรส่งเสริมความรู้และสมรรถนะแห่งตนให้กับผู้ดูแลเด็กกลุ่มนี้
