ผลของการทำสมาธิบำบัดแบบ SKT ท่าที่ 1 และ 2 ต่อระดับความเครียด ของนักศึกษาสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา

ความเครียดในนักศึกษาเป็นปัญหาที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพจิตและส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพ
ในการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษา งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการทำสมาธิบำบัดแบบ SKT ท่าที่ 1 และ ท่าที่ 2 ต่อระดับความเครียดของนักศึกษาสาขาสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง (purposive sampling) จำนวน 50 คน โดยแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มควบคุม 25 คน และกลุ่มทดลอง 25 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยโปรแกรมสมาธิบำบัดแบบ SKT ท่าที่ 1 และ 2 และเครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ซึ่งได้แก่ แบบวัดความเครียดสวนปรุง (SPST-20) และแบบสอบถามประสิทธิผลของการทำสมาธิที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และ t-tests ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลังการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมสมาธิบำบัด กลุ่มทดลองมีค่าเฉลี่ยความเครียดต่ำกว่าก่อนการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม และต่ำกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จากผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ สรุปได้ว่าสมาธิบำบัดแบบ SKT ท่าที่ 1 และ 2 สามารถช่วยลดความเครียดในนักศึกษาแบบ SKT ท่าที่ 1 และ ท่าที่ 2 ได้ ดังนั้น สถาบันการศึกษาจึงอาจจัดกิจกรรมฝึกสมาธิบำบัดแบบ SKT ท่าที่ 1 และท่าที่ 2 เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการดูแลตนเองด้านสุขภาพจิตให้กับนักศึกษา โดยอาจบูรณาการกับกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชา หรือจัดเป็นกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรเพื่อช่วยให้นักศึกษาสามารถจัดการความเครียดของตนเองได้ในระยะยาวต่อไป
