ประสบการณ์ชีวิตของวัยรุ่นที่ตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงปรารถนาภายหลังการทำแท้งแบบผิดกฎหมาย

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์ชีวิตของวัยรุ่นที่ตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงปรารถนาภายหลังการทำแท้งแบบผิดกฎหมาย โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเป็นรายบุคคลจำนวน 13 คน โดยบันทึกและถอดเทปแบบคำต่อคำ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิเคราะห์จำแนกประสบการณ์ชีวิตของวัยรุ่นเป็น 3 ประเด็นหลัก ได้แก่ 1) ด้านสุขภาพกาย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงเกี่ยวกับระบบสืบพันธ์และสุขภาพร่างกายเปลี่ยนแปลง 2) ด้านจิตใจ พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่าง มีความคิด อารมณ์ ความรู้สึกทางด้านบวกและด้านลบ ทางด้านบวก ได้แก่ รู้สึกโล่งใจ ระลึกถึงพระคุณมารดา ทางด้านลบ เช่น เหมือนฝันร้าย เป็นทุกข์ เสียดาย เสียใจ โดยในช่วงระยะแรกภายหลังการทำแท้ง กลุ่มตัวอย่างจะมีอารมณ์ ความรู้สึกดังกล่าวอย่างเข้มข้น และบรรเทาลงเมื่อระยะเวลาผ่านไป 3) ด้านการดำเนินชีวิตและการปรับตัว มีวิธีการที่แตกต่างกัน ได้แก่ หลีกเลี่ยงสถานการณ์ที่กระตุ้นให้คิดถึงการทำแท้ง หาที่ปรึกษา หาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการทำแท้ง

Life Experience of Adolescents with Unwanted Pregnancies after Illegal Induced Abortions

This study aimed to present the life experiences of adolescents with unwanted pregnancies after they had illegal induced abortions. This research utilized qualitative methods. Thirteen adolescents were selected, and then the data were collected through in-depth interview using guideline questions. The data were coded from verbatim transcripts and categorized into themes. This study revealed three main themes: 1) Physical aspect: the samples experienced changes in their reproductive system and physical health; 2) Psychological aspect: the samples experienced positive and negative thought and emotions; 3) Lifestyle and adjustment;  the sample utilized a variety of coping, mechanism, such as avoiding the situation that triggered the abortion, searching for help, and searching for information on abortion.
