Abstract

การนับทารกดิ้น เป็นวิธีหนึ่งที่สำคัญในการประเมินสุขภาพทารกในครรภ์ในระยะก่อนคลอดโดยที่สตรีตั้งครรภ์ได้มีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินสุขภาพทารกในครรภ์  เนื่องจากทารกในระยะนี้มักมีปัญหาทางสุขภาพโดยเฉพาะในรายที่สตรีตั้งครรภ์นั้นมีโรคประจำตัวหรือภาวะแทรกซ้อนในขณะตั้งครรภ์  ซึ่งมักส่งผลกระทบต่อทารกในครรภ์ที่แตกต่างกันไป  บางรายส่งผลรุนแรงถึงขั้นทำให้ทารกเสียชีวิตได้ ดังนั้นเมื่อสตรีตั้งครรภ์มาฝากครรภ์จึงมีความจำเป็นที่พยาบาลหรือแพทย์ควรให้คำแนะนำสตรีตั้งครรภ์ในการดูแลตนเองและการนับทารกดิ้น  เพื่อจะได้นำไปปฏิบัติในการส่งเสริมให้สุขภาพตนเองและทารกในครรภ์ปลอดภัย บทความนี้จะนำเสนอเนื้อหาการนับการดิ้นของทารก และบทบาทพยาบาล

The necessity of fetal movement count: nursing roles

Fetal movement count was a very important method for antepartum fetal health assessment with maternal participation in this assessment. During the antepartum period, the fetus may have health problems especially in at-risk mothers who have complications during pregnancy. These complications may affect the fetus in different ways but some cases can kill the fetus. So nurses or doctors should advise pregnant women to take care of themselves and to count the fetal movement to promote safety of pregnant women’s health and her fetus’s health.
