การรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในแหล่งฝึกโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย ต่อการฝึกภาคปฏิบัติวิชาปฏิบัติการพยาบาลพื้นฐานของนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 2 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลสภากาชาดไทย

Abstract

งานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในแหล่งฝึกโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทยต่อการฝึกภาคปฏิบัติวิชาปฏิบัติการพยาบาลพื้นฐานของนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 2 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลสภากาชาดไทย ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพในแหล่งฝึกโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย ในรายวิชาปฏิบัติการพยาบาลพื้นฐาน วิทยาลัยพยาบาลสภากาชาดไทย จำนวน 6 หอผู้ป่วย รวม 21 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมและไม่มีส่วนร่วม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล โดยใช้จำนวนและร้อยละ ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis)

ผลวิจัยพบว่าผู้ให้ข้อมูลทุกคนเป็นเพศหญิง ส่วนใหญ่มีอายุระหว่าง 31-40 ปี มีระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติงานในบทบาทของพยาบาลวิชาชีพนาน 11-20 ปี มีการรับรู้ต่อการฝึกปฏิบัติวิชาปฏิบัติการพยาบาลพื้นฐานของนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 2 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลสภากาชาดไทย สรุปได้ 4 ประเด็นหลัก ดังนี้ 1) การฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลพื้นฐานเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นสำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาล 2) ผู้ป่วย มีความสุขจากการฝึกปฏิบัติงานของนักศึกษาพยาบาลที่มีเวลาใกล้ชิดกับผู้ป่วย 3) การฝึกปฏิบัติงาน ช่วยทั้งแบ่งเบาและเพิ่มภาระงานของหอผู้ป่วยในขณะเดียวกัน และ 4) อาจารย์จัดการและดูแลการฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลพื้นฐานในทุกเรื่องอย่างใกล้ชิด ข้อเสนอแนะผลการวิจัยที่ได้เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลการจัดการเรียนการสอนต่อไป

Perception of nursing students’ practices in Practicum of Fundamentals of Nursing, The Thai Red Cross Society Nursing College, among nurses in King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital

The qualitative research aimed to study the perception of nursing students’ practices in the Practicum of Fundamentals of Nursing, The Thai Red Cross Society Nursing Collage, among nurses inKingChulalongkornMemorialHospital.  The 21 informants were registered nurses working in the 6 wards, where the training resources of the Practicum of Fundamentals of Nursing. Data were collected by the research using demographic data, semi-structured interviews and participant-non participant observation. The demographic data were analyzed using percentage, and the perception among nurses was analyzed using content analysis.

The research results revealed that all informants were females, mostly aged 31-40 years and with 11-20 years of experience in the nursing profession.  The perceptions of informants toward nursing students’ practices in the Practicum of Fundamentals of Nursing were:  1) Practices in the Practicum of Fundamentals of Nursing were essential for nursing students, 2) Clients felt happy with closely  nursing students’ practices, 3) Nursing students’ practices in the Practicum of Fundamentals of Nursing both lightened and increased the workload, and 4) Nurse instructors managed and supervised nursing students closely.
