แผนผังความคิด: การคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณกับการเรียนการสอนในคลินิก

Abstract

วิชาชีพการพยาบาลเป็นวิชาชีพเชิงปฏิบัติ การจัดการเรียนการสอนในคลินิก จึงเป็นหัวใจสำคัญ เพื่อมุ่งพัฒนาสมรรถนะการให้การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยแบบองค์รวม ซึ่งภาคปฏิบัติมีการจัดการเรียนการสอนในสถานการณ์จริง โดยเน้นให้นักศึกษาพยาบาลสามารถประเมินปัญหาและให้การพยาบาลได้อย่างถูกต้องเหมาะสม เชื่อมโยงปัญหาของผู้ป่วยสู่กระบวนการพยาบาลได้ อาจารย์พยาบาลจึงควรมีการจัดการเรียนการสอน เพื่อให้นักศึกษามีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ สามารถคิดวิเคราะห์ เชื่อมโยงเนื้อหาที่เรียนและประยุกต์ใช้ในการขึ้นปฏิบัติการพยาบาลในคลินิกได้อย่างเหมาะสม

จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมพบว่า แผนผังความคิดเป็นกลยุทธ์การจัดการเรียนการสอนที่ส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาพยาบาลเกิดการเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้เข้าด้วยกัน และสามารถถ่ายทอดออกมาเป็นความคิดรวบยอดช่วยให้นักศึกษาพยาบาลฝึกทักษะเรื่องการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณและตัดสินใจแก้ปัญหาทางการพยาบาล อีกทั้งยังช่วยให้นักศึกษาวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ คิดอย่างเป็นระบบ สามารถจัดกลุ่มข้อมูลที่ซับซ้อนของผู้ป่วย เชื่อมโยงปัญหา กำหนดข้อวินิจฉัยทางการพยาบาล วางแผนการพยาบาลให้กับผู้ป่วยอย่างเป็นองค์รวมและมีประสิทธิภาพ

Mind Mapping: Critical Thinking and Clinical Teaching

Nursing is a professional practice. The method of teaching in the clinic is key to developing nursing students in holistic care; this is practical learning in patient situations. Nursing students can assess and provide nursing care properly linked to the nursing process and patient’s illness. Lecturers need to use methods of teaching to develop nursing students in the knowledge, critical thinking ability, connecting with the patient in the situation, nursing diagnosis and the holistic nursing care plan and efficiency.

A review of the literature found mind mapping to be a learning and teaching strategy that encourages nursing students to relate knowledge together. Also, this can be expressed by concept of allowing nursing students to practice the skills of critical thinking and clinical decision making ability. Also the concepts mind mapping of the nursing care plan help the nursing students efficiently connect patient data to the synthesis, the written care plan, the holistic view of the patient’s problems and patient care.
