บทบาทพยาบาลสาธารณภัยในการช่วยเหลือด้านจิตสังคมของผู้ประสบภัย

Abstract

        ภัยพิบัติส่งผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพจิตและก่อให้เกิดปัญหาระยะยาว เป็นอุปสรรคต่อการฟื้นคืนกลับสู่ภาวะปกติ อาจเกิดโรคทางจิตเวชตามมา  พยาบาลสาธารณภัยจึงควรตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการช่วยเหลือด้านจิตสังคมของผู้ประสบภัยเพื่อป้องกันปัญหาการเกิดโรคทางจิตเวชที่จะเกิดขึ้น  บทความนี้จะนำเสนอเกี่ยวกับแนวคิดการช่วยเหลือด้านจิตสังคม และบทบาทของพยาบาลสาธารณภัยในการช่วยเหลือด้านจิตสังคมของผู้ประสบภัย เพื่อป้องกันปัญหาการเกิดผู้ป่วยโรคทางจิตเวชหลังการเกิดภัยพิบัติ และส่งเสริมความสามารถในการฟื้นคืนกลับของผู้ประสบภัยและชุมชนหลังเกิดภัยพิบัติ 

Roles of Nurses in Providing Psychosocial Support in Disasters

        The effects of disasters can lead to long-term mental health problems through the development of psychiatric disorders and delay of the process of complete. The impact of a disaster is considered a major health concern and a socioeconomic crisis in allocating and investing budgets and resources in solving and alleviating the problems. Psychosocial support should therefore be considered important services in effectively preventing and protecting the public from mental health problems. This article describes the roles of disaster nurses in providing psychosocial support through three crucial phases: preparedness, response and rehabilitation.
