ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความวิตกกังวลของผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการส่องกล้อง ในระบบทางเดินอาหาร โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครศรีธรรมราชราช

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาหาความสัมพันธ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความวิตกกังวล และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความวิตกกังวลของผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการส่องกล้องในระบบทางเดินอาหาร โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครศรีธรรมราช ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ ผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการส่องกล้องในระบบทางเดินอาหาร โรงพยาบาลมหาราช นครศรีธรรมราช จำนวน 355 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบมีระบบ ใช้สถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน Chi-square Test และ Fisher’s exact Test
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ร้อยละ 70.70 ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความวิตกกังวลอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และพบว่าปัจจัยด้านอาชีพ ความเพียงพอของรายได้ ความกลัวในการส่องกล้อง และการได้รับข้อมูล มีความสัมพันธ์กับความวิตกกังวลของผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการส่องกล้องในระบบทางเดินอาหาร โรงพยาบาลมหาราช นครศรีธรรมราช อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.01)
ดังนั้น ในการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยส่องกล้องจะต้องมีการวางแผนการส่องกล้อง โดยการให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการ ส่องกล้องที่ถูกต้องในการเตรียมสภาพจิตใจก่อนการส่องกล้อง เพื่อลดความกลัวซึ่งจะช่วยลดความวิตกกังวลในส่องกล้องได้
