การพัฒนาการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา

การศึกษานี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ เพื่อศึกษาและประเมินผลการดำเนินงานควบคุมและป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง ประกอบด้วย 1) กลุ่มขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงาน 62 คน 2) กลุ่มดำเนินงานปกติ และกลุ่มพัฒนา คัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงในพื้นที่ 2 ชุมชน ๆ ละ 85 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ ระยะเวลาเดือนเมษายน พ.ศ. 2564 ถึง มกราคม พ.ศ. 2565 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติเชิงอนุมาน Independent t-test และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การพัฒนาการดำเนินงาน ประกอบด้วย 5 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) วิเคราะห์การระบาดผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในการดำเนินงาน 2) ดำเนินการตามยุทธศาสตร์ ประกอบด้วยการเฝ้าระวัง การพัฒนาบุคลากร การสื่อสารความเสี่ยง และการบริหารจัดการ 3) พัฒนาระบบเฝ้าระวังชุมชนและการค้นหากลุ่มเสี่ยงให้มีความไว 4) ติดตามการดำเนินงาน ทุก 14 วัน 5) ประเมินผลมาตรการควบคุมโรคโดยภาคีเครือข่าย ผลการดำเนินงานด้านความรู้ การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 หลังดำเนินงานมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากกว่าก่อนดำเนินงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.05)
ข้อเสนอแนะจากผลการวิจัย ผู้รับผิดชอบการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคควรศึกษากระบวนการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นและวางแผนนำไปใช้หรือประยุกต์ใช้ให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทของชุมชนเมืองและชนบท
