ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของทันตแพทย์ในโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาล จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของทันตแพทย์ในโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาล จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ ทันตแพทย์ จำนวน 167 คน คำนวณกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของ Krejcie & Morgan ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีสุ่มอย่างง่าย 119 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม ทดสอบความเที่ยงตรงค่า IOC ระหว่าง 0.67 – 1.00 และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาช ทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ
โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ปัจจัยในการทำงานตามกรอบแนวคิด 7S แมคคินซีย์ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M=3.75 , S.D.= 0.51) แรงจูงใจในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M=3.85 , S.D.= 0.49) และประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมของทันตแพทย์อยู่ในระดับมาก (M= 3.86, S.D.= 0.44) จากการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ พบว่าลักษณะของงานที่สร้างสรรค์และท้าทาย ความสำเร็จในการทำงาน ความมั่นคงในงาน ระดับการศึกษาในขั้น ป.บัณฑิตขั้นสูง การได้รับการยอมรับนับถือ สภาพแวดล้อมในสถานที่ทำงาน ประวัติการย้ายมากกว่า 2 ครั้ง และความสามารถ สามารถร่วมทำนายประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของทันตแพทย์ในโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาลในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ได้ร้อยละ 75.2 (R-Squareadj= .752) ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
ข้อเสนอแนะ ด้วยลักษณะของงานที่สร้างสรรค์และท้าทายเป็นปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของทันตแพทย์มากที่สุด ดังนั้น ผู้บริหารควรทำการศึกษาเพื่อการสร้างงานด้านทันตกรรมที่ท้าทายภายในองค์กรให้มีความแตกต่างจากงานประจำเดิม ๆ เพื่อกระตุ้นให้ทันตแพทย์สร้างงานในการจัดการสุขภาวะช่องปากที่ท้าทายความสำเร็จแบบก้าวกระโดด
