ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคโควิด–19 ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) ในเขตเทศบาลเมืองทุ่งสง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช
บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจภาคตัดขวางครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับความรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคโควิด–19 ของ อสม. และ 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคโควิด–19 ของ อสม. ในเขตเทศบาลเมืองทุ่งสง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช คำนวณกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้ 238 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเดือนกันยายน พ.ศ. 2565 โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ทดสอบความเที่ยงตรงมีค่า IOC ระหว่าง 0.67–1.00 มีค่าความเที่ยง KR–20 ด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคโควิด–19 เท่ากับ 0.72 ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาช ด้านทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับโรคโควิด–19 เท่ากับ 0.70 และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคโควิด–19 เท่ากับ 0.70 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติไค–สแควร์ สถิติฟิชเชอร์ และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เชิงอันดับของสเปียร์แมน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ร้อยละ 80.67 มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคโควิด–19 อยู่ในระดับสูง ร้อยละ 97.48 มีทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับโรคโควิด–19 อยู่ในระดับดี และร้อยละ 90.76 มีพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคโควิด–19 อยู่ในระดับเหมาะสม ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับต่ำกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคโควิด–19 คือ จำนวนครั้งที่ได้รับการอบรมเกี่ยวกับโรคโควิด–19
ข้อเสนอแนะ เจ้าหน้าที่เทศบาลเมืองทุ่งสง และบุคลากรสาธารณสุขควรจัดกิจกรรมประชุมอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้ และเน้นย้ำการปฏิบัติตนตามมาตรการที่กำหนดในการป้องกันโรคโควิด–19 ให้แก่ อสม. อย่างสม่ำเสมอและต่อเนื่อง เพื่อลดการแพร่กระจายของโรคในชุมชนและเป็นแบบอย่างด้านสุขภาพที่ดีแก่ประชาชน
