รายงานผู้ป่วย: โรคไส้เลื่อนชนิด Strangulated obturator hernia ที่มีอาการติดเชื้อในกระแสเลือด

บทความนี้เป็นการรายงานผู้ป่วยหญิงชนาที่ได้รับการส่งต่อมาจากโรงพยาบาลชุมชนด้วยอาการปวดท้องน้อยด้านขวามา 10 วัน มีลักษณะอักเสบ และลมใต้ผิวหนังบริเวณผนังหน้าท้องด้านล่างขวาลงไปถึงหน้าขาขวาส่วนบน ร่วมกับอาการช็อก ได้ให้การวินิจฉัยเบื้องต้นเป็น ruptured obturator hernia ได้ทำการรักษาภาวะช็อกร่วมกับการตรวจทางรังสีของช่องท้องพบลมในช่องท้อง และใต้ผิวหนัง ได้ทำการผ่าตัดเปิดช่องท้องแบบฉุกเฉิน ผลการผ่าตัดยืนยันว่าเป็น strangulated obturator hernia ได้ทำการตัดสำไส้เล็กออกบางส่วนร่วมกับการวางท่อระบายทางผนังหน้าท้อง จึงได้ทำการทบทวนแผนการดูแลฉุกเฉินสำหรับผู้ป่วยที่สงสัยว่าเป็น obturator hernia สำหรับแพทย์เวชปฏิบัติทั่วไปที่ปฏิบัติงานในห้องฉุกเฉิน เพื่อการวินิจฉัยที่รวดเร็ว และการปฏิบัติทางการแพทย์ที่เหมาะสม มีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งจะช่วยลดอัตราป่วย และอัตราตายสำหรับผู้ป่วยกลุ่มนี้ลงได้
