บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทำนาย เพื่อศึกษาอำนาจการทำนายของทัศนคติในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ บรรทัดฐานของกลุ่มอ้างอิงในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ และการรับรู้สมรรถนะในตนเองในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ ต่อากรเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียวในมารดาทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนดอายุ 4 เดือน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือมารดาและทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนดที่มาตรวจสุขภาพตามนัดที่แผนกผู้ป่วยนอกกุมารเวชศาสตร์ ระหว่างเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2563 ถึง สิงหาคม 2564 จำนวน 77 ราย เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์คัดเข้า เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจำนวน 5 ชุด ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของมารดาและทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนด แบบสอบถามความสำเร็จในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ แบบสอบถามทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ แบบสอบถามบรรทัดฐานของกลุ่มอ้างอิงในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ และแบบสอบถามการรับรู้สมรรถนะในตนเองในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและสถิติถดถอยโลจิสติก ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ตัวแปรที่สามารถทำนายการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียวในทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนดอายุ 4 เดือนได้ คือ การรับรู้สมรรถนะในตนเองในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ ซึ่งสามารถอธิบายความผันแปรของการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว 4 เดือนในทารกเกิดกำหนดได้ร้อยละ 25 ดังนั้น พยาบาลควรให้คำแนะนำและส่งเสริมให้มารดาทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนดมีความเชื่อมั่นในสมรรถนะของตนเองในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ เพื่อช่วยให้มารดามีความมั่นใจและสามารถเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ได้
