Abstract

Acral involvement is a rare presentation of syringomas, benign appendageal tumors originate from intradermal eccrine sweat duct. Commonly, syringomas are developed on the lower eyelids and cheeks. The distinct pathology shows small cystic ducts lined by epithelial cells in fibrous stroma. We report a case of 35-year-old Thai female with localized acral syringomas.
