Abstract

Vitiligo is a common acquired depiqmented lesions in general population. This entity was characterized by progressive skin depigmentation result from an autoimmune process. Moreover, it has been associated with several autoimmune diseases. We report a young boy who had a 3-month history of co-localization of alopecia areata and vitiligo at left temporal portion of scalp. This lesion improved after topical corticosteroid therapy.
