Becker’s nevus with ipsilateral breast hypoplasia a case report and review of literature

Becker’s nevus, is rarely presented at skin. The diagnosis is based on clinical presentation and compatible histopathology. The term Becker’s Nevus is characterized by circumscribed hyperpigmentation, often associated with an irregularly bordered hypertrichosis, mainly located on the upper part of the trunk or shoulder. It can be associated with subjacent or distant soft tissue and bony deformities or other abnormalities. Ipsilateral breast hypoplasia is a rare abnormality in Becker’s Nevus which may suggesting the increased of androgenic receptors in the pathogenesis. We report a case of Becker’s Nevus associated with ipsilateral breast hypoplasia in a 16-year-old female.
