บทคัดย่อ

Dermal melanocytosis can be categorized into (A) congenital dermal melanocytosis, e.g. Mongolian spot, nevus of Ota, and nevus of Ito, and (B) acquired dermal melanocytosis (ADM), such as acquired bilateral nevus of Ota-like macules (ABNOM) or nevus of Hori. ADM usually appears in the 3rd to 4th decades of life, and is more prevalent in Asian women. Herein, we report a case of ADM, which is symmetrically distributed on the forehead, cheeks, upper chest wall and upper back.
