ผลของรูปแบบการพยาบาลชุมชนเพื่อบ้านปลอดบุหรี่ต่อการเลิกสูบบุหรี่ในครอบครัว

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้ศึกษาผลของการใช้รูปแบบการพยาบาลชุมชนเพื่อบ้านปลอดบุหรี่ต่อการเลิกสูบบุหรี่ในครอบครัว ในชุมชนนำร่องอำเภอธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี โปรแกรมบ้านปลอดบุหรี่ประกอบด้วย การประเมินครอบครัว การให้สมาชิกในครอบครัวเสริมแรงสนับสนุนทางบวกเพื่อช่วยเลิกบุหรี่ การกระตุ้นเตือนการปฏิบัติตามกฎงดสูบบุหรี่ การปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมภายในบ้าน การให้คำปรึกษาเพื่อช่วยเลิกบุหรี่โดยพยาบาลวิชาชีพ การได้รับแรงสนับสนุนและการติดตามจากชุมชน การส่งต่อไปยังโรงพยาบาลอำเภอ หรือใช้สายด่วนช่วยเลิกบุหรี่ 1600 เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบทดสอบการติดนิโคติน และเครื่องเป่าวัดผู้สูบบุหรี่ใช้วัดระดับคาร์บอนมอ นอกไซด์ในลมหายใจออก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวแบบวัดซ้ำ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้สูบบุหรี่ 122 คน เป็นเพศชาย ร้อยละ 88.5 เพศหญิง ร้อยละ 11.5 มีอายุอยู่ระหว่าง 18-83 ปี (M = 44.15, SD = 16.56) ใช้บุหรี่จากโรงงานร้อยละ 83.6 บุหรี่มวนเอง ร้อยละ 13.4 และใช้ทั้งสองประเภท ร้อยละ 3.3 รูปแบบการพยาบาลชุมชนเพื่อบ้านปลอดบุหรี่ สามารถช่วยให้ผู้สูบบุหรี่ร้อยละ 12.3 เลิกสูบบุหรี่ได้นานต่อเนื่อง 6 เดือน และมีบ้านปลอดบุหรี่ ร้อยละ 77.05 ค่าเฉลี่ยระดับการติดนิโคติน ก่อนและหลังการทดลอง ในเดือนที่ 1, 3 และ 6 พบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (F = 21.663)
