ผลลัพธ์ของโครงการขับเคลื่อนวิชาชีพการพยาบาลเพื่อการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพในพื้นที่ภาคเหนือของประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ:
วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย: เพื่ออธิบายผลของการดำเนินโครงการขับเคลื่อนวิชาชีพการพยาบาล เพื่อการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของหน่วยงาน/องค์กรในพื้นที่ภาคเหนือ
การออกแบบวิจัย: การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา
การดำเนินการวิจัย: เป็นการประเมินผลโครงการโดยการประยุกต์ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยมาใช้ในการประเมิน โดยทำการศึกษาในกลุ่มประชากรผู้บริหารโรงพยาบาลและผู้บริหารการพยาบาลจำนวน 178 คนใน หน่วยงาน/องค์กรที่เป็นศูนย์การเรียนรู้นวัตกรรมการพยาบาลเพื่อการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามการรับรู้การเปลี่ยนแปลงของหน่วยงาน/องค์กร 5 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย
(1) ด้านศักยภาพบุคลากร (2) ด้านระบบข้อมูลและการจัดการความรู้ (3) ด้านวิธีปฏิบัติ แนวทางการทำงาน (4) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมกับเครือข่าย และ (5) ด้านนโยบาย แผนงานขององค์กร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา
ผลการวิจัย: ผู้บริหารรับรู้การเปลี่ยนแปลงของหน่วยงาน/องค์กรหลังดำเนินโครงการขับเคลื่อนวิชาชีพการพยาบาลเพื่อการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพดังนี้
1. ผู้บริหารรับรู้การเปลี่ยนแปลงของหน่วยงาน/องค์กรทุกด้านในระดับปานกลาง (µ = 3.11- 3.38; SD= .90-.98)
2. ผู้บริหารรับรู้ความเปลี่ยนแปลงของหน่วยงาน/องค์กร ด้านศักยภาพบุคลากร ด้านวิธีปฏิบัติแนวทางการทำงาน และด้านนโยบาย แผนงานขององค์กรในระดับมาก ในจำนวนร้อยละที่มากที่สุดในทุกข้อคำถาม(ร้อยละ 35.40 -44.90) และรับรู้ความเปลี่ยนแปลงในระดับมาก ในจำนวนร้อยละที่มากที่สุดเกือบ ทุกข้อคำถาม ในด้านระบบข้อมูลและการจัดการความรู้ (ร้อยละ 38.20 เท่ากัน ) ยกเว้นข้อการทำวิจัย
เพื่อพัฒนาการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพที่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มากที่สุด (ร้อยละ 36.00) ผู้บริหารรับรู้ความ เปลี่ยนแปลงของหน่วยงาน/องค์กรเฉพาะด้านการมีส่วนร่วมกับเครือข่ายในระดับปานกลางถึงมาก (ร้อยละ 33.10-38.20)
ข้อเสนอแนะ:ผู้บริหารและพยาบาลวิชาชีพในองค์กร/หน่วยงานและสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาลในพื้นที่ ควรร่วมกันศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรคและแนวทางแก้ไขเกี่ยวกับการทำวิจัยและการมีส่วนร่วมกับเครือข่าย สภาการพยาบาลควรติดตามผลการดำเนินงานของหน่วยงาน/องค์กรที่เป็นศูนย์การเรียนรู้และศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาให้เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้นและอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป
