ความเครียดและการเผชิญความเครียดในผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุโรคพาร์กินสัน

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย: ศึกษาระดับของความเครียดและการเผชิญความเครียดในผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุโรคพาร์กินสัน และหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ระยะของโรค ความเครียดและการเผชิญความเครียด
การออกแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาภาคตัดขวาง
การดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุโรคพาร์กินสัน ที่ได้รับการรักษาที่คลินิกโรคระบบประสาท โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครเชียงใหม่ ระหว่างเดือนตุลาคม 2560 ถึงเดือนมีนาคม 2561 ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด จำนวน 100 ราย เก็บข้อมูลโดยการตอบแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย แบบวัดการรับรู้ความเครียด แบบวัดการเผชิญความเครียดของจาโลวิค และแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ดูแลและผู้สูงอายุโรคพาร์กินสัน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลระดับความเครียดและการเผชิญความเครียดใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติอ้างอิงเพื่อหาความสัมพันธ์ของสเปียร์แมนและเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัย: พบว่า ผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุโรคพาร์กินสันมีความเครียด และการเผชิญความเครียดอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และเมื่อพิจารณาวิธีการเผชิญความเครียด พบว่า การเผชิญหน้ากับปัญหา และการจัดการบรรเทาปัญหาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง แต่การจัดการกับอารมณ์อยู่ในระดับน้อย ความเครียดมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับการเผชิญความเครียดโดยรวม (r= -.251, p <.05) กับการเผชิญหน้าปัญหา (r= -.352, p <.01)และ กับการบรรเทาปัญหา (r= -.270, p <.05) แต่ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการจัดการกับอารมณ์ สำหรับระยะของโรคของผู้สูงอายุไม่พบความ
สัมพันธ์กับความเครียดและการเผชิญความเครียดของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุโรคพาร์กินสัน
ข้อเสนอแนะ: บุคลากรสุขภาพที่ทำงานเกี่ยวข้องกับผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุโรคพาร์กินสัน ควรประเมินความเครียดและการเผชิญความเครียดของผู้ดูแลและวางแผนเพื่อส่งเสริมให้มีระดับความเครียดและการเผชิญความเครียดอย่างเหมาะสม
