ทัศนคติต่อการให้ผู้ปกครองอยู่กับเด็กขณะได้รับการทำหัตถการแบบรุกล้ำร่างกายของผู้ปกครองและพยาบาล

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบทัศนคติของผู้ปกครองและพยาบาลต่อการให้ผู้ปกครองอยู่กับเด็กขณะได้รับการทำหัตถการแบบรุกล้ำร่างกาย
การออกแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยแบบพรรณนาเชิงเปรียบเทียบ
การดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ปกครองของเด็กป่วยตั้งแต่แรกเกิดถึง 15 ปี ที่เข้ารับการรักษาในหออภิบาลกุมารเวชกรรม หออภิบาลทารกแรกเกิด หอผู้ป่วยทารกแรกเกิดป่วย และหอผู้ป่วยกุมารเวชกรรมของโรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิ 3 แห่ง สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 100 คนและพยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงานเป็นพยาบาลประจำการของหอผู้ป่วยดังกล่าวอย่างน้อย 1 ปี จำนวน 115 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามทัศนคติต่อการให้ผู้ปกครองอยู่กับเด็กขณะได้รับการทำหัตถการฯ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา การทดสอบทีแบบสอง กลุ่มอิสระ และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว
ผลการวิจัย: ผู้ปกครองและพยาบาลมีทัศนคติต่อการให้ผู้ปกครองอยู่กับเด็กขณะได้รับการทำหัตถการฯ แตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 พยาบาลที่มีจำนวนปีประสบการณ์การพยาบาลเด็กต่างกัน และปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วยประเภทต่างกัน มีทัศนคติฯ แตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 ส่วนผู้ปกครองที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีประสบการณ์การอยู่กับเด็กขณะได้รับหัตถการฯ และกลุ่มอายุของบุตรต่างกัน มีทัศนคติไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05
ข้อสนอแนะ: ควรมีการพัฒนาแนวปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการให้ผู้ปกครองอย่กับเด็กขณะได้รับการทำหัตถการแบบรุกล้ำร่างกายตามหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ เพื่อส่งเสริมการให้ผู้ปกครองอยู่กับเด็ก
ขณะได้รับการทำหัตถการฯ เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
