ผลของโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลเตรียมความพร้อมต่อความวิตกกังวลในผู้ป่วยที่มารับการผ่าตัดเนื้องอกสมอง

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลเตรียมความพร้อมต่อความวิตกกังวลในผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดเนื้องอกสมอง
การออกแบบวิจัย: การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบสองกลุ่ม วัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง
การดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยโรคเนื้องอกสมองที่แพทย์นัดมาผ่าตัดและเข้ารับการรักษาในหอผู้ป่วยศัลยกรรมระบบประสาทและสมอง โรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิ ระหว่างเดือนเมษายนถึงกันยายน พ.ศ. 2563 คัดเลือกและสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างเข้ากลุ่มควบคุมและกลุ่มทดลอง กลุ่มละ 27 ราย กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลเตรียมความพร้อมที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ประกอบด้วย สื่อวิดีทัศน์และคู่มือเตรียมความพร้อมในการผ่าตัดเนื้องอกสมอง โดยประยุกต์ทฤษฎีการปรับตนเองเป็นกรอบแนวคิดในการวิจัย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและข้อมูลสุขภาพ แบบประเมินความวิตกกังวล(State-Trait Anxiety Inventory) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเปรียบเทียบคะแนนความวิตกกังวลด้วยสถิติ Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test และ Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA)
ผลการวิจัย: กลุ่มทดลองหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลเตรียมความพร้อมมีคะแนนความวิตกกังวลต่ำกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลเตรียมความพร้อมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p=.001) และหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลเตรียมความพร้อมกลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนความวิตกกังวลต่ำกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p=0.000)
ข้อเสนอแนะ: พยาบาลสามารถนำโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลเตรียมความพร้อมไปประยุกต์ใช้ให้เหมาะสมกับบริบทของแต่ละหน่วยงานเพื่อช่วยลดความวิตกกังวลของผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดเนื้องอกสมอง
