ประสบการณ์ชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะการรู้คิดบกพร่องเล็กน้อย: การสังเคราะห์อภิมานงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย: เพื่อสังเคราะห์ผลงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับประสบการณ์ของผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะการรู้คิดบกพร่องเล็กน้อย
การออกแบบวิจัย: การสังเคราะห์งานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบชาติพันธุ์วรรณาอภิมาน
การดำเนินการวิจัย: สืบค้นข้อมูลงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพที่ตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ ในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2553 – 2563 จากฐานข้อมูลวารสารนานาชาติด้านการพยาบาลและสหสาขาวิชาชีพ ได้แก่ CINAHL, Pubmed, Science, Direct, Google scholar, TCI และ ThaiLIS ตามแนวทางของ PICO Framework ประเมินคุณภาพงานวิจัยตามแนวทางของ The Critical Appraisal Skills Programme (CASP) และประเมินความน่าไว้วางใจและความน่าเชื่อถือของผลการสังเคราะห์ อภิมานงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วย the ConQual approach
ผลการวิจัย: งานวิจัยทั้งหมด 1,083 เรื่อง พบงานวิจัยที่ตรงตามคุณสมบัติ 8 เรื่อง ประสบการณ์ชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะการรู้คิดบกพร่องเล็กน้อยที่ได้จากการสังเคราะห์งานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบชาติพันธุ์วรรณา หมายถึง ประสบการณ์ชีวิตตามการรับรู้ของผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะการรู้คิดบกพร่องเล็กน้อยประกอบด้วย 3 ประเด็นหลัก ได้แก่ 1) อาการเด่นของภาวะการรู้คิดบกพร่องเล็กน้อยตามการรับรู้ของผู้สูงอายุ 2) ผลกระทบจากภาวะการรู้คิดบกพร่องเล็กน้อยตามการรับรู้ของผู้สูงอายุ และ 3) การปรับเปลี่ยนวิถีชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะการรู้คิดบกพร่องเล็กน้อย ทั้งนี้ความน่าไว้วางใจและความน่าเชื่อถือของผลการสังเคราะห์อภิมานงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับสูง
ข้อเสนอแนะ: บุคลากรสุขภาพควรให้การดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะการรู้คิดบกพร่องเล็กน้อยที่สอดคล้องกับประสบการณ์ชีวิตตามการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับอาการเด่น ผลกระทบและการปรับเปลี่ยนวิถีชีวิต
