ประสิทธิผลของการใช้โปรแกรมการส่งเสริมการจัดการตนเองใน ผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งเต้านม

บทคัดย่อ:
วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของการใช้โปรแกรม
การส่งเสริมการจัดการตนเองในผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งเต้านมที่มารับการรักษา ณ โรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัย
และโรงพยาบาลมะเร็ง โดยดำาเนินการตามทฤษฎีการเผยแพร่นวัตกรรมของโรเจอร์
การออกแบบวิจัย: การวิจัยปฏิบัติการ
การดำเนินการวิจัย: แบ่งเป็น 5 ระยะคือ 1) ระยะความรู้ 2) ระยะโน้มน้าว 3) ระยะตัดสินใจ
4) ระยะปฏิบัติ และ 5) ระยะยืนยัน ตามลำดับ กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่มคือ กลุ่มที่ 1 กลุ่มผู้ป่วย
โรคมะเร็งเต้านมประกอบด้วยกลุ่มที่มารับการรักษาก่อนมีการนำโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมการจัดการตนเอง
ไปใช้จำนวน 75 คน และกลุ่มที่มารับการรักษาขณะที่มีการนำโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมการจัดการตนเอง
ไปใช้จำนวน 46 คน กลุ่มที่ 2 คือพยาบาลวิชาชีพจำนวน 17 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ
และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างกลุ่มขณะที่มีการนำโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมการจัดการตนเองไปใช้มี
ร้อยละของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีพฤติกรรมการจัดการตนเองในระดับดี มีคะแนนคุณภาพชีวิตในระดับดี
ความวิตกกังวลอยู่ในระดับปกติและไม่มีภาวะซึมเศร้า มากกว่ากลุ่มก่อนมีการนำโปรแกรมการส่งเสริม
การจัดการตนเองไปใช้ สำหรับพยาบาลผู้นำโปรแกรมนี้ไปใช้ประเมินว่ามีความเป็นไปได้ในการนำ
โปรแกรมนี้ไปใช้และให้ผลลัพธ์ในการดูแลที่ดีขึ้น แต่อย่างไรก็ตามด้วยภาระงานที่มีผู้ป่วยมารับ
เคมีบำบัดในแต่ละวันจำนวนมาก ทำให้การนำโปรแกรมการดูแลไปใช้กับผู้ป่วยทุกรายยังมีข้อจำกัด
ข้อเสนอแนะ: ควรมีการนำโปรแกรมนี้ไปใช้โดยผสมผสานกับการพยาบาลตามปกติ และ
ควรพัฒนาสื่อมัลติมีเดียในการให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรค การรักษาและการดูแลตนเองขณะได้รับเคมีบำบัด
เพื่อพยาบาลจะได้เน้นการส่งเสริมการจัดการตนเองตามปัญหาสำคัญของผู้ป่วยแต่ละรายและ
สามารถให้การดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านมที่มารับเคมีบำบัดที่มีจำนวนมากในแต่ละวันได
