This study explored condom coercion conditions and the interests and acceptance of female sex workers to take the Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) (N=144), using the logistic regression. It found that female sex workers were exposing to various condom coercion conditions, including that client offering more money for not using condom, clients removing condom or declining to use though prior agreed, and clients bringing more people to have sex than agreed. Female sex works who faced the latter condition were 4.3 times (P-value = 0.049) more likely to be interested in taking PrEP than those who never faced the condition. Those who having familial burdens as the reason to become sex workers was 3.3 times (P-value = 0.018) PrEP interest than those who did not have such reason. The findings indicate the essential to increase PrEP services coverage among female sex workers as the current coverage is very low.
