แนวทางปฏิบัติการประเมินภาวะทุพโภชนาการในผู้ป่วย (ผู้ใหญ่) ด้วยแบบฟอร์ม NT2013

การประเมินและคัดกรองภาวะทุพโภชนาการเป็นขั้นตอนเบื้องต้นของการดูแลรักษาผู้ป่วยด้านโภชนบำบัด ในปีค.ศ.2000 ผู้เขียนได้นำเสนอแบบฟอร์มการประเมินและคัดกรองภาวะทุพโภชนาการ BNT (Bhumibol Adulyadej Hospital Nutrition Triage) และ ได้ศึกษาวิจัยปรับปรุงเนื้อหามาตามลำดับจนกระทั่งแบบฟอร์มได้ถูกนำไปใช้ในหลายโรงพยาบาล และเปลี่ยนชื่อเป็นแบบฟอร์ม NT (Nutrition Triage) ต่อมาในปีค.ศ.2013 ได้จัดเรียงเนื้อหาการประเมินในแบบฟอร์ม ให้เป็นหัวข้อที่สอดคล้องกับแนวความคิดเห็นใหม่สากล (The Consensus Statement 2012 of A.S.P.E.N., ESPEN, and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics) และ ใช้ชื่อเป็น NT2013 โดยวัตถุประสงค์ในการนำเสนอบทความนี้ เพื่อทบทวนความรู้ ฟื้นฟูความเข้าใจในความหมายและเนื้อหา ในการใช้แบบประเมิน NT2013 เพื่อความชัดเจนและเป็นปัจจุบันมากขึ้น
