The findings were shown that most Yoga Exercise Programs consisted of health education of low back pain and prevention along with yoga exercise activities practicing for approximately 30 minutes/time, 7 times/week for 10 weeks. Most yoga types were Iyenga yoga, using the Forward Bending or Flexion Posture 8 papers, the Backward Bending or Extension Posture 6 papers, the Twist Pose 6 papers, to reduce back pain and to increase functional capacity of the back muscles resulting in decrease in analgesic medicine. This study will be a guideline for developing a clinical nursing practice guideline of Yoga Exercise Program for the care of persons with low back pain.
