การตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือ ALPS-Neo ในการประเมินความปวดของทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนด: การศึกษานำร่อง

บทคัดย่อ
การประเมินความปวดทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนดเป็นเรื่องสำคัญ เนื่องจากทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนด ไม่สามารถสื่อสารเป็นคำพูดได้ จึงต้องการเครื่องมือประเมินความปวดทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนดที่มีคุณภาพดีและเหมาะสมกับบริบทของการบริการ การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือ Astrid Lindgren and Lund Children’s Hospitals Pain and Stress Assessment Scale for Preterm and Sick Newborn Infants (ALPS-Neo) ฉบับภาษาไทย ประกอบด้วย กระบวนการแปลกลับ (back translation) และตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือ ด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์ความตรงด้านเนื้อหา ด้วยค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรม SPSS ผลการศึกษา พบว่า เครื่องมือ ALPS-Neo มีความตรงด้านเนื้อหา มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง เท่ากับ 0.80 ควรมีการทดสอบความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือนี้ก่อนนำไปใช้จริงต่อไป
