บทคัดย่อ
ผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิง มีความต้องการความช่วยเหลือจากผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวและชุมชน การจัดการด้านทรัพยากรหรือการจัดหาแหล่งประโยชน์เพื่อเพิ่มความสามารถในการดูแลของผู้ดูแลให้ได้ตามปัญหาและความต้องการ นำไปสู่สุขภาพที่คาดหวัง คือ การมีสุขภาวะของผู้สูงอายุ บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอผลการทบทวนวรรณกรรมเรื่องการจัดการทรัพยากรเพื่อการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงในยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 พบว่า การดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงให้เกิดสุขภาวะนั้น ต้องการความพร้อมจากผู้ดูแล สมาชิกในครอบครัว ทุนของชุมชน และการได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์และสวัสดิการทั้งจากภาครัฐและเอกชนอย่างเข้าถึงและเท่าเทียม ผู้ดูแลต้องมีความพร้อม มีความรู้ ทักษะในการดูแลและมีความสามารถในการจัดการทรัพยากรด้านต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างเหมาะสม ต้องมีการบริหารจัดการด้านการเงิน การจัดหาอุปกรณ์ของเครื่องใช้และการบำรุงรักษา และสามารถจัดสรรเวลาให้เกิดความสมดุลทั้งเวลาในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุและเวลาส่วนตัว พยาบาล ควรพัฒนาความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรเพื่อการช่วยเหลือดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงและผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด
