บทคัดย่อ
บทคัดย่อ: การวิจัยเชิงทดลอง (Experimental research design) ชนิด 2 กลุ่มวัดก่อน-หลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะแห่งตนในการดูแลเท้าต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลเท้า และการสูญเสียความรู้สึกที่เท้าในผู้ที่เป็นเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ที่เป็นเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 รับการรักษาที่ศูนย์บริการสาธารณสุข สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร เลือกตามเกณฑ์คัดเข้าและสุ่มตัวอย่าง แบ่งออกเป็นกลุ่มทดลองได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มละ 40 คน เก็บข้อมูลก่อนและหลังการทดลองโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการดูแลเท้า และประเมินการสูญเสียความรู้สึกทีเท้า ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภายหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมฯ ผู้ที่เป็นเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 กลุ่มทดลอง มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการดูแลเท้ามากกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมฯ (t= -22.93, p < .001) และกลุ่มควบคุม (F = 596.17, p <.001) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ส่วนคะแนนเฉลี่ยการสูญเสียความรู้สึกที่เท้า พบว่า มากกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมฯ (t = -3.19, p < .01) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ แต่ไม่แตกต่างกับกลุ่มควบคุม ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอว่า ควรประยุกต์โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะแห่งตนในการดูแลเท้า ในผู้ที่เป็นเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อป้องกันการสูญเสียความรู้สึกที่เท้า และการเกิดแผลที่เท้า
