บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้ศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมส่งเสริมการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนและการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัวต่อการใช้ยาฝังคุมกำเนิดในมารดาวัยรุ่นหลังคลอด กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ มารดาวัยรุ่นที่คลอดบุตรและนอนพักในหอผู้ป่วยสูติกรรม โรงพยาบาลตรัง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมกลุ่มละ 30 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ โปรแกรมส่งเสริมการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนและการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัว แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบวัดการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนต่อการใช้ยาฝังคุมกำเนิด และแบบประเมินการใช้ยาฝังคุมกำเนิดในมารดาวัยรุ่น ตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน ได้ค่า CVI 0.95 และหาความเที่ยงได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟ่าของครอนบาค 0.95 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติพรรณา สถิติทีและไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัย พบค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนของมารดาวัยรุ่นหลังคลอดของกลุ่มทดลอง ( = 85.17, S.D. = 5.74) หลังการทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม (
= 60, S.D. = 10.07) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = 11.90, df = 58, p .000) ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนของมารดาวัยรุ่นหลังคลอดของกลุ่มทดลอง (
= 85.17, S.D. = 5.74) ภายหลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลอง (
= 50.77, S.D. = 10.07) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = 18.32, df = 29, p .000) และการใช้ยาฝังคุมกำเนิดในกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ(
= 8.86, df = 1, p .003) โปรแกรมฯ นี้ช่วยให้มารดาวัยรุ่นหลังคลอดเลือกใช้ยาฝังคุมกำเนิดเพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควรได้
