บทบาทของพยาบาลในการขับเคลื่อนการทำงานร่วมกับชุมชนในสถานการณ์แพร่ระบาดของโควิด-19: กรณีศึกษาชุมชนเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ
พยาบาลมีบทบาทสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนการทำงานร่วมกับชุมชน โดยเฉพาะในสถานการณ์ฉุุกเฉินทางสาธารณสุขที่่มีการระบาดใหญ่ของโควิด-19 กรุุงเทพมหานคร เป็นศููนย์กลางของการระบาด ชุุมชนแออัดได้รับผลกระทบรุุนแรงในด้านเศรษฐกิจสังคมและสุุขภาพจากการระบาดเป็นกลุ่มก้อนใหญ่ ซึ่งส่งผลให้เป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนอาจชะลอลง การทำงานร่วมกับชุุมชนที่มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาศักยภาพชุุมชนและการพัฒนาเครือข่ายทางสังคม จึงเป็นกระบวนการสำคัญในการรับมือกับผลกระทบและปรับตัวฟื้้นสภาพสู่ความปกติใหม่ ประกอบด้วยการดำเนินการใน 3 ระยะ คือ (1) ระยะต้นน้ำ เพื่อลดจำนวนผู้ติดเชื้้อรายใหม่และลดการติดเชื้้อเป็นกลุ่มก้อนใหญ่ (2) ระยะกลางน้ำ เพื่่อเพิ่่มความครอบคลุุมของการได้รับวัคซีนโควิด-19 ให้การดููแลต่อเนื่่องหรือส่งต่อผู้ป่วยและสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุุมชน และ (3) ระยะปลายน้ำ เพื่อส่งเสริมการฟื้้นสภาพและคุุณภาพชีวิต ทำให้เกิดความสำเร็จตามเป้าหมายที่่คาดหวัง นำไปสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ดี เกิดผลกระทบต่อสังคม ทั้งความเชื่อมโยงกันและการแบ่งปันกันในสังคม
