ผลของโปรแกรมการสื่่อสารเรื่่องเพศต่อทัศนคติและทักษะการสื่่อสารเรื่่องเพศของผู้ปกครองและนักเรียนหญิงมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น

บทคัดย่อ: การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบสองกลุ่มวัดผลก่อนและหลังทดลองมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศต่อทัศนคติและการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศของผู้ปกครองและนักเรียนหญิงมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนหญิงมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นจำนวน 50 คน และนักเรียนหญิงที่อยู่ในความดูแลของผู้ปกครอง คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามเกณฑ์การคัดเข้าจากโรงเรียนสองแห่งในอำเภอกุมภวาปี จังหวัดอุดรธานี และสุ่มเข้ากลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มเปรียบเทียบ กลุ่มละ 25 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยประกอบด้วย โปรแกรมพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศ พัฒนาโดยใช้แนวคิดการพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารของเดวิด เค เบอร์โล กิจกรรมประกอบด้วยการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการจำนวน 5 ครั้ง ในระยะเวลา 8 สัปดาห์ และเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลก่อนและหลังให้โปรแกรมโดยใช้แบบสอบถามทัศนคติในการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศและทักษะการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศสำหรับผู้ปกครอง และนักเรียนที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงและความเที่ยงแล้ว วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติทดสอบทีผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม ผู้ปกครองกลุ่มทดลองมีทัศนคติการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศและทักษะการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศมากกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมและมากกว่ากลุ่มเปรียบเทียบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนผลการศึกษาในนักเรียนหญิงพบว่า การรับรู้ทัศนคติและทักษะการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศของนักเรียนหญิงที่อยู่ในความดูแลของผู้ปกครองกลุ่มทดลองมีมากกว่าในกลุ่มเปรียบเทียบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ด้วย ดังนั้นควรส่งเสริมให้ผู้ปกครองมีความรู้ ทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศ อันนำไปสู่ทักษะที่ดีในการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศแก่บุตรวัยรุ่น
