บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาอัตราการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว 6 เดือน และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์และทำนายการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว 6 เดือนของมารดาที่คลอดบุตรในโรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิ เขตภาคตะวันออก
รูปแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยเชิงทำนาย
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นมารดาที่คลอดบุตรและพาบุตรมารับบริการที่คลินิกสุขภาพเด็กดี ในโรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิ เขตภาคตะวันออก 2 แห่ง จำนวน 265 ราย เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสัมภาษณ์การเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่และการให้อาหารทารก แบบสอบถามความตั้งใจในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ แบบสอบถามการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเองในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ และแบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยโลจิสติก
ผลการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีอัตราการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว 6 เดือนร้อยละ 55.8 อาชีพ ประสบการณ์การเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ ความตั้งใจในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเองในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ และการสนับสนุนการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว 6 เดือนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05) ความตั้งใจในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ (OR = 2.489, 95%CI = 1.308, 4.736, p < .01) และการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเองในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ (OR = 5.736, 95%CI = 2.926, 11.219, p < .001) สามารถทำนายการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว 6 เดือนได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 37.6 (Nagelkerke R2 = .376, p < .01)
สรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ: ปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว 6 เดือน ได้แก่ ความตั้งใจในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ และการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเองในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ ผลการศึกษานี้มีข้อเสนอแนะว่า พยาบาลควรประเมินความตั้งใจและการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเองในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยด้วยนมแม่ และพัฒนาโปรแกรมการพยาบาลเพื่อส่งเสริมปัจจัยดังกล่าว
