บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบการให้ความรู้ผ่านโมบายเว็บแอปพลิเคชันต่อความรู้ในการดูแลสุขภาพทางเพศ การป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อทางเพศสัมพันธ์และการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พร้อมในวัยรุ่นกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์อาข่า จังหวัดเชียงราย และประเมินความพึงพอใจ
รูปแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง รูปแบบกลุ่มเดียววัดก่อนและหลังการทดลอง
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์อาข่าในระบบ และนอกระบบการศึกษาและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยจำนวน 87 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้รับรูปแบบการให้ความรู้ผ่านโมบายเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความรู้เรื่องการดูแลสุขภาพทางเพศ แบบสอบถามความรู้เรื่องการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อทางเพศสัมพันธ์และการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พร้อม และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติทดสอบทีแบบสองกลุ่มสัมพันธ์กัน
ผลการวิจัย: หลังใช้รูปแบบกลุ่มตัวอย่างชายและหญิงมีความรู้เรื่องการดูแลสุขภาพทางเพศสูงกว่าก่อนใช้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = -6.43, p < .001, t = -4.69, p < .001 ตามลำดับ) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความรู้เรื่องการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อทางเพศสัมพันธ์และการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พร้อมสูงกว่าก่อนใช้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = -15.06, p < .001) และพึงพอใจโดยรวมระดับมาก ( = 3.81, SD = 1.01)
สรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ: รูปแบบการให้ความรู้ผ่านโมบายเว็บแอปพลิเคชันช่วยให้วัยรุ่นอาข่ามีความรู้เรื่องการดูแลสุขภาพทางเพศ การป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อทางเพศสัมพันธ์และการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พร้อมเพิ่มขึ้น และมีความพึงพอใจ ดังนั้นบุคลากรสุขภาพหรือครูสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้เป็นสื่อการสอนสำหรับวัยรุ่นอาข่า และพัฒนาต่อยอดแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อประโยชน์สูงสุด
