ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของนักศึกษาสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ มหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐ ภาคตะวันออกของประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในวัยรุ่นยังคงเป็นปัญหาสาธารณสุขที่สำคัญในสังคมไทยปัจจุบัน นักศึกษาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพก็มีปัญหาการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าเช่นเดียวกับวัยรุ่นทั่วไป ทั้งที่นักศึกษาเหล่านี้จะต้องเป็นบุคลากรสาธารณสุขต่อไป การวิจัยเชิงหาความสัมพันธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาอัตราการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของนักศึกษาสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพในมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐ ภาคตะวันออกของประเทศไทย ใช้ทฤษฎีอิทธิพลสามทางเป็นกรอบแนวคิด กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาภาคปกติ จำนวน 280 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป พฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ ทัศนคติต่อการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าและทัศนคติต่อบทบาทเชิงวิชาชีพต่อการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า เครื่องมือมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นอยู่ในช่วง 0.820 – 0.822 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติถดถอยโลจิสติกส์ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีอัตราการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า ร้อยละ 35.0 โดยพบว่าปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของนักศึกษาสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ ได้แก่ เพศ (OR = 2.40, 95%CI = 1.453–3.984) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน (OR = 1.93, 95%CI = 1.144–3.240) การสูบบุหรี่มวน (OR = 16.84, 95%CI = 8.659–32.762) ทัศนคติต่อการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า (OR = 8.79, 95%CI = 4.758–16.264) ทัศนคติต่อบทบาทเชิงวิชาชีพเกี่ยวกับการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า (OR = 2.58, 95%CI = 1.559–4.272) การสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของเพื่อน (OR = 11.56, 95%CI = 4.055–32.936) การสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของสมาชิกในครอบครัว (OR = 1.79, 95%CI = 1.066–3.019) และการถูกเพื่อนชักชวนให้สูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า (OR = 2.62, 95%CI = 1.583–4.350) ผลการวิจัยทำให้เกิดความรู้ ความเข้าใจพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของนักศึกษาสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ อันจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาโปรแกรมเพื่อป้องกันการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าที่มีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป
