บทคัดย่อ

This researchís objective is to study health promotion behaviors of public health personnel in Nakhonpathom hospital. By using PRECEDE framework as research concept. Sample was 377 bureaucratic permanent employees and temporary employees. Data collected by questionnaires and presented by frequency and percentage. Correlation was analyzed by Pearson correlaton and multiple regression analysis and a stepwise. The results showed that factors including the knowledge of health promotion, values about health promotion, perceived health status and attitudes about health promotion are positively correlated with health promoting behaviors. The operational status is associated with negative health behaviors. Factors were conducive revenue recognition policy, health promotion is related to health promoting behaviors. For Reinforcing factors were receiving health information. The guidance is supported by various individuals associated with health promoting behaviors. When multiple regression analysis showed that the factors conducive factors reinforcing factors that predicted behavior promote overall health. Values are about promoting health. Knowledge of health promotion. To get information on health, income and attitudes
towards health promotion. By these variables can predict health promoting behaviors was 18.1 percent, which is the result of this research is basic information and guide policy action is to promote healthy behavior for hospital personnel to Nakhonpathom.
