ผลการนิเทศทางคลินิกต่อความรู้ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาล เพื่อการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลัน และความพึงพอใจในการนิเทศของพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลนครปฐม

บทคัดย่อ

     This study was a quasi-experimental design. The purpose was to study the effects of the clinical supervision on knowledge and capability in nursing practice of acute myocardial infarction patients at Nakhonpathom Hospital. The sample group selected by purposive sampling was 18 professional nurses in medical intensive care unit from January to April, 2013. Clinical supervision consisted of bedside conference, coaching, counseling and nursing conference. Data were collected by questionnaires on knowledge, satisfaction and practice observation. Content validity was examined by experts and evaluated the reliabilities from knowledge in nursing practice questionnaires obtained reliabiliy at 0.84, from satisfaction in nursing supervision questionnaires obtained reliability at 0.95. from nursing practice observation obtained reliability at 1.0, analyzed data by comparison knowledge in nursing practice before and after receiving clinical nursing supervision. The data were analyzed with Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test Statistic. The major findings were as follows: 1) The score of nurses’ knowledge in clinical nursing practice for acute myocardial infarction patients after receiving clinical supervision was better than before receiving clinical supervision with statistical significant. (p<.05) 2) The score of nurses’ capability in clinical nursing practice for acute myocardial infarction patients after receiving clinical supervision was better than before receiving clinical supervision with statistical significant. (p<.05) 3) Satisfaction scores in clinical nursing practice for acute myocardial infarction patients after receiving clinical supervision was better than before receiving clinical supervision with statistical significant. (p <.05)

     Nursing executive can use the results of this study to provide planning clinical supervision in order to enhance nurses’ potential to take care of patients who have other diseases.
