ภาวะเลือดออกง่ายร่วมกับภาวะฉุกเฉินต่างๆ ทางสูติ-นรีเวชในโรงพยาบาลสมุทรสาคร

บทคัดย่อ

One common emergency problem that brings patients to hospital are associated with bleeding. The common first etiology are tissue trauma from accidents, operations, blood vessel diseases such as aneurysm, hemorrhoid etc. The second etiology are bleeding disorders and are associated with abnormal platelets, coagulation defects, disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) etc.

Meanwhile OB-GYN diseases are also concerned to be a high risk problem for two above types of bleeding, mostly are from postabortal bleed, postpartum bleed, ectopic pregnancy, myoma uteri etc.

Unfortunately, from October 2007 - September 2008, Samutsakom Hospital had seven patients with emergency OB-GYN diseases complicated with bleeding disorders from ITP with blunt trauma 1 case, sepsis 1 case, severe preeclampsia with HELLP syndrome 2 cases and DHF (Dengue hemorrhagic fever) 3 cases. The aim for this retrospective study was to review how difficult the diagnosis and management were met to overcome with good results of all the patients.
