A Thai girl presented with convulsion. Physical examination represented diffuse hypomelanotic macules at face, trunk and bilateral extremities. Neurological examination was normal. CT scans showed cortical tubers and subependymal nodules. Ultrasound KUB represented multiple cysts at both kidneys. Definite diagnosis was tuberous sclerosis complex.
