แนวโน้มการพัฒนาบุคลากรทุกกลุ่มวิชาชีพตามนโยบายการพัฒนาบุคลากรของบุคลากรโรงพยาบาลบ้านโป่ง จังหวัดราชบุรี ปี 2551

บทคัดย่อ

Objective : To Study the tendency of human development in-house training in every vocation personnel follow the policy of Ban-pong for the year 2008

Material and Method : A Retrospective study explore 29 in—house training courses ; Studies by reviews the document of human development planning policy ; record of personals in house training course, and the record of conclusion of report personal development for the year 2008. 879 persons was purposive sample in every personnel of Ban-pong hospital with the training between 1 October 2007 to 30 September 2008, Study data were analysed using Descriptive Data : Frequency, percentage and mean 

Results : This Study revealed that majority of the personnel of Ban-pong hospital were nurse vocation groups (55.8%) and this group participated and attended the human development program for the most (69 time per person). The courses that using in this group were more than other group. This study show that personnel development still do not in line with human development policy of Ban-pong hospital. Person who pass the standard personnel development (at least 10 days per person per year) were government officer for 61.4%. Knowledge from training course were applied to work practice in doctor group and nurse vocation group.

Conclusion : Tendency of human development of personnel hospital for year 2008 still do not be in line with the policy of the Ban-pong hospital. The course of in—house training were allocate in especial vocation ; and did not spread in every level.

Suggestion : The arrangement of human development plan should be responsive to strategy plan of the hospital and to the competency for work practice. The budget arrangement should be emphasisly spread throughout every group and every level. The assessment of the worthiness of personnel education development.
