รายงานผู้ป่วยพยาธิตัวจี๊ดในช่องหน้าลูกตา

บทคัดย่อ

       A 33 years old male presented with anterior uveitis, posterior uveitis and secondaw glaucoma caused by intracameral third stage larva of Gnathostoma. The initial infection might be through consumption of raw fish. The parasite was killed by yag laser to prevent further movement or damage to the eye. The patient  was underwent surgical removal of the parasite. The visual outcome was nice.
