บทคัดย่อ

       Case study of district health officer in Nakhon Pathom provincial Health Office, aims to study about opinion, relation and an expect of health officer as subordinate to the leadership style of commander. Variable in this case study compose of independent variable, it means leadership style have 4 category as leadership. In any kind of leadership will have 7 variables and follow variables as the satisfactions of official that work by duty compose of 6 category. This case study we studied by documentary survey and field survey and questionnaire to collect data from target group that purposive sampling as sub health district, head of health station and health officer and inquired official about 147 people from 7 district health station and 133 locality health station. Statistics that use to analyses is average value (x) deviate standard value (SD) and Chi-square (X2)

       The result from documentary eunrey is leadership position means process and situation that people give a respect to the leadership who have a capable to persuade the subordinate to work together and achieve the goal. The leadership must have science and technique to use the capability of man to achieve the organization goal.

       The result of evaluate leadership style found most of subordinate evaluate the leadership is participation style.

       The result of satisfaction measure from subordinate was quite satisfied and most of subordinates want the leader in participation style too.

       The result of relationship between leadership pattern and satisfaction of subordinate is persuade pattern can measure by (X2) equal 7.706 DF=4 Sig =0.101 so the result that can calculate is more than estimate 0.05 at this point so no relationship happen in this level compose of 6 variable have relationship with the statistic level at 0.05

       The test of leadership pattern with subordinate satisfaction is the stability in work with chance to advance in duty is x2 = 39.694 and x2 = 13.850 DF = 4 Sig =0.000 and 0.008 both variable have relation in statistic level at 0.05 point and other 4 variable no relation happen in this test.

       Suggestion, The result from research is the target groups expect leader is leadership as consultative. It means that subordinate expect the consult from the leader to satisfied their work. Most of the high potential. organization has the leadership as participation. The researcher has the suggest about the policy to the Nakhon Pathom health provincial to develop sub health district to mix the leadership as consultative and participation together. The element of leadership should be use of leadership style, motivation, communication, control, relation, decision and set the goal to define the leadership style.

       The researcher will present this research to the Health Administration College Boromrajchanok Institute to adjust the Mid-executive program of Ministry of Public Health
