ผลการรักษาโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมชนิดขาโก่งด้วยการผ่าตัดเปลี่ยนแนวรับน้ำหนัก

บทคัดย่อ

       The outcome of High Tibial osteotomy of varus osteoarthritis of knee was studied during more than eight years period. From October 1996 to January 2005, Thiny-one valgus high Tibial osteotomies were performed in twenty-nine patients with varus gonarthrosis. Stabilization was achieved with Cylinder cast. The mean age of the patients at the time of surgery was 68.68 years, mean duration of follow up was 5.33 years, mean Femur-Tibia angle was varus 15.22°, mean knee flexion was 110° and mean Knee Society Knee Score (pain/walking) was 8.7/15.80. The mean Knee Society Knee Score (pain/walking) were 34.67/31.29, 27.09/29.90 at one year and five years after the operation. There is no significant change in mean knee flexion. All knees were improved in their mechanical axis. No major complication or recurrence deformity was occurred.
