การแตกของการตั้งครรภ์ใน Rudimentary Horn และคลอดทารกครบกำหนดมีชีวิต

บทคัดย่อ

       A very rare case of 27 year—old G₃P₂ woman, 38 weeks gestation presented with severe abdominal pain when fetal quickening. Oligohydramnios with breech presentation term viable fetus were detected by ultrasonography. Exploratory Iaparotomy was performed, both feet of the fetus protruded outside the rupture right non communicating rudimentary horn of uterus, then breech extraction, total hysterectomy with right salpingo oophorectomy and resection of the rudimentary horn were done. She got well after operation without complication, female infant was healthy, She and her daughter were discharged on 7^th  day alter operation.
