ผลของการตั้งครรภ์ในกลุ่มวัยรุ่น (อายุ <20 ปี)

บทคัดย่อ

          This retrospective cohort study was performed to compare the obstetric outcome in singleton and nulliparous women that delivery at Nakhonpathom Hospital during January to December 2004. They were grouped into 898 cases age < 20 (study group) and 4,397 cases age 20·34 (Control group). Incidence of low birth weight (< 2,500 gm). and low apgar score in aged < 20 group was higher than control group significantly. There were no differences in stillbirth and postpartum complications in this two groups. Incidence of antepartum complications were higher in control group than the study group significantly.
