ระบบรับส่งต่อผู้ป่วยที่มารับบริการและผลการตอบกลับในโรงพยาบาลดำเนินสะดวก

บทคัดย่อ

          The objective of this study was to evaluate the referral system, its completeness and returned referral forms by physicians (compared to pre-guideline period and post-guideline period). A cross-sectional descriptive research was studied from 1 April 2004 to 31 March 2005 in Dumneonsaduak Hospital. There were two periods pre-guideline period from 1 April 2004 to 30 September 2004 and post-guideline period from 1 October 2004 to 31 March 2005. Descriptive statistics and One-way ANOVA were used for data analysis. The result revealed that total patient who referred were 521, had completed referral forms were 442 (84.84 percent). After use of referral guideline, the returned referral rate was increased from 71 to 96 percent and difference between departments was not statistically significant.
