บทคัดย่อ

When there is no sufficient local flap available for reconstruction of skin defect and contracture of the hand. Conventional tree flap with arterial inflow and venous outflow are limited, because there provide bulky flap and donor site morbidity. The author offer another method of reconstruction, the arterialized venous tree flap, which include only the venous network ; both inflow and outflow of the flap flow through the venous system. From 2001 to 2004, twelth patients were treated by arterlallzed venous free flap. There were 10 complete successes, one partial necrosis (30%) and one complete failure. The result suggested that the arterialized venous free flap can be an alternative for the conventional free flap.
